The story starts like this ... Sunday night I call the jury hotline to see if the case is on or off. The message starts off normally and says the case for Monday is off. Great, I hang up and go to bed. Having no jury duty I wake up at the normal school time, head to class, procede to take naps throughout the day.

Monday night comes, I call the jury hotline. The message starts off normally and says the case for Monday is off. Hrm ... interesting. This time however I don't hang up. Had I done the same thing on Sunday I would have heard the rest of the message. The 3 day case for 25-27 is on, please report to the court room. o.O

So now I'm stuck with a problem, I've already missed the first day. Do I just go up there only to have to come back because they've selected the jury? Do I do nothing and risk going to federal pound-me-in-the-ass prison?

I think I'll try call the other numbers and go to sleep, damn I'm tired -_-"

As I type this a Ehiem 1048 pump is quietly pumping a mixture of distilled water and water wetter through a waterblock mounted on my cpu ... watercooling has arrived =D

From the brief time I've had it up running ~60MHz faster than I had it air cooled it's ~30F cooler. Not really sure where it's going to level off at, it does however take much longer to get hot. We'll see what the temps are like in the morning after a full night of running dnetc RC5. If everything looks ok I'll bump the speed up some more ;)

Just to respond to what everyone says ... "Don't spring a leak." Yeah, and you just hope your cpu fan doesn't die =P

When you're hacking up your computer case ;D

Finally finished cutting up my case so that the heater core will fit inside of my tiny little mini-tower. I just need to drive to Lowes to get a nylon T barb so that I can run the tubing and test for leaks. After that it's water cooled computer for me ~_~

Sucks not having a computer ... forced to listen to *gasp* the radio of all things o.O

Since I received the rest of the stuff I ordered figured I might as well poke around my case. While I had my case open I noticed that the fan on my video card wasn't moving. Figured, might as well water cool that right? ... but if I'm going to do that might as well do the northbridge too ...

Actually attempting to order 2 more waterblocks to cool them quickly put a stop to that. $80 is a bit more than I'd like to spend. Hopefully this week I'll get around to hacking up my case to install all this stuff ^o^

After informing one of my teachers of my additional jury duty dates she has suggested that I cannot take the class anymore ... what a female dog.

Damn I'm sooo tired, waking up so early for jury duty really bites. I made it past the random selection part but was given the boot once the final jury was to be selected. Naturally it was due to my age. There was only 1 person in the original jury that was remotely close to my age and none on the next step past that. The case was an car accident where someone was rear ended a few years back and is now trying to get some money. I didn't answer any of the lawyers weed out questions, ie have you or anyone you know been in an accident, etc. However the guy to my right had his son killed in an accident and the lady to my left was involved in an accident in ... get this ... 1943. They both stayed, I got the boot o.O

Oh well, no $30 for me.

Man ... waking up this early really bites. This is literally the first time in YEARS that I've had to wake up at a time like this ... suxor -_-"

So I get back all the tests I've taken last week except for one ... bombed them all >< Also started an ethics class this week. A class that if I miss more than 1 day I fail. Tomorrow I actually have to go to jury duty, my last one was thankfully cancelled. Better not count for my day or I'm gonna raise hell ;D

What's this that I get greeted with when I come home? Could it be? The rest of my watercooling stuff? Heavens no, that would mean it was delievered on time. Another subpoena for jury duty!!! OH BOY! Damn this jury duty thing is getting annoying o.O

So far this week has started off nice ... or something.

Just spent the last 30 minutes filling out tax forms only to notice it was for the wrong year, dammit ><

I've started getting the parts together to water cool my computer. I've already added some barbed fittings to the heater core I bought, total cost: $20. Sure beats $35 + s/h which is the cheapest I've seen them online. Also made most of the parts to hold the heater core in my case, but as I noticed today when I had my case open to take out the power supply ... I have to cut up the lower hard drive cage in order to make it fit. I thought I had more room ... oh well.

While my power supply was out I took out the shitty fan that it came with and put in a Nidec, also cut away the "grill" that was on it and put a real fan grill =D

Water pump and tubing should be here on Tues ... hopefully I can have this thing water cooled by this weekend ~_~

Changed the site layout some, finally got around to moving what I've been working on onto the main site.

Spent most of the day after work messing with site layout stuff. Trying to get rid of tables and use CSS, which for the most part seems to be working alright. I'm almost done making all the changes I want.

After getting a 74 on my first test of the semester, a test that I thought I had done well on, any inkling of me actually trying has gone straight down the tube.

Ain't apathy great? (;_;)

Tomorrow is jury duty day ... maybe ... gotta call 'em up tonight and see if it's still on.

Update: Twas not meant to be. Just called up the Jury Hotline number thing and my court date has been cancelled, still deciding if this is good or bad.
