The past few hours at work I've been redoing some of my training. The first one I did was a ~15min flash deal. No biggie, just hit continue until it's done.

I go to do the second one ... it requires RealVideo. I even think about skipping the training and just taking the test or clicking the button that said I looked at it. I end up just downloading RealOne Player.

I start watching the video ... about 10 minutes into the 40 minute video I decide I can't watch anymore and fire up winamp. I mute RealOne, it mutes everything! If I turn down the volume on RealOne it turns down the volume for winamp!

What a piece of crap program. I can't wait to uninstall this thing.

So a few days ago while listening to the playlist that has all of my mp3 in it I stumble upon a song from FLCL (an anime series). I really dig the opening guitar rifts and go about listening to it a few times. The next day I get the song on my work box and procede to it way too many times.

So today I get home today and decide I want to watch the series again. Now I have 2 versions of the series, a 6 CD SVCD encoded one and a 2 CD DivX encoded one. I never got around to watching the SVCDs because I didn't have a DVD player at the time and only watched the DivX encoded ones (which I might add look pretty crummy).

I decide I'll watch the SVCDS ... come to find out that NONE of them work right. Every single one of the 6CDs is reported in Windows to be 600KB ... if I look at the CDs in Nero they all have 2 tracks, one of which is 500+MB.

Lame ... I really wanted to watch this series again on my TV ><

Well the box that hosts slapmahfro got unplugged and bad things happened ... luckily it's back now with minimal data loss ... think I lost the stuff from this month.

Not bad considering Phil hosts this for next to nothing.

Let's see ... what's new? I finished with exams earlier today. Ended what can best be described as a completely mediocre semester. I ordered a S14 front clip from a company in Malaysia, still waiting for some word that it's been shipped. I'm still hoping this doesn't backfire and I get screwed out of some money.

I CAN'T find the life of me find some cheap decent looking rims. Every place I've called is either out of stock or don't have any in the right lug pattern I need. How depressing.
