So my arms are sore from actually doing some manual labor this weekend ... power washing the house and fence out back. I found some homeopathic sports injury relief cream in the closet and decided to try it out. Works pretty good I must say, in a few minutes my arms aren't sore anymore. Wondering what was in it I have a look at the active ingredients: Aconite, Leopard's Bane, Daisy, Garden Marigold, Cone Flower, St. John's-Wart, Poison Ivy.
I was pretty oblivious about what the stuff was until I saw the last one ... Poison Ivy ... that can't be good. Off to find out what the other stuff is. Aconite - contains
aconitine, "one of the most formidable poisons which have yet been discovered." Well isn't that just super. (Un)fortunately all the other ingredients are pretty much benign.
